Information for clients:
When elucidate conducts research for our clients, we know that mission critical information is being collected and reported. All client research is confidential and proprietary to our clients; we do not release any information without your consent, and you own all questionnaires, data sets, analyses, and reports outright. We do not aggregate and/or benchmark your data against other clients’ data. Upon, request, we will post a link to your formal privacy statement on an online survey instrument. We will work within the bounds of your legal policies so that research methodologies are congruent with said policies. Please contact us if you have any questions about our policies for protecting client information.
Information for respondents:
When you participate in a research study with elucidate, we do not collect any personally identifiable information without your complete consent. If we ask for any such information, we will inform you as to how it could be used (for example, we might ask you for your email address or other contact information if you would like to participate in future research). We will not release any personal information you provide without your complete consent. We’ll always ask, tell you why we are asking, and give you the opportunity to say yes or no. Your individual survey results are aggregated with many other people to help our clients understand the satisfaction, needs, etc. of groups of people like you.
